At Bob’s Vape Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of vape products, our return policy is strictly limited to manufacturer defects and must be handled within 24 hours of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- Defective items only (e.g., faulty hardware, DOA devices)
- Must be returned within 24 hours of purchase
- Original receipt required – no proof of purchase, no returns
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- E-liquids, coils, or disposable vapes (opened or unopened)
- Products with no manufacturing defect
- Buyer’s remorse, flavor preferences, or accidental purchases
How to Process a Return
- Contact us immediately if you suspect a defect.
- Bring the item with receipt to our Kitchener location within 24 hours.
- Our team will inspect the product.
- If approved, you will receive a refund.
No Deliveries – In-Store Pickup Only
We do not offer shipping or delivery. All sales are final at pickup.
Age Verification Policy
- No sales to minors – valid government-issued ID required at the store during pickup.
- No exceptions.
